There’s good news and bad on election law in Pennsylvania, which is the new Florida when it comes to voting rules and vote-counting—which may be unfair to Florida.

The good news is that last week Gov. Tom Wolf signed a ban on private election funds. In 2020 a nonprofit tied to Mark Zuckerberg sent $350 million, now often called “Zuckerbucks,” to local election offices across the nation. The biggest check ($19.2 million) went to New York City, which would be a waste in any conspiracy to help Joe Biden. GOP-leaning states such as Mississippi received Zuckerbucks, too, including counties that voted 61% for President Trump.
